Returns are accepted within 48 hours of getting your order for damaged and incorrectly packaged orders. (Photos may be required) Returns otherwise are subject to shipping fees, restocking fees and inspection. Altered, Priced and opened items will not be accepted and discarded or donated. Please be sure to inspect your returns. Damages of used items will be covered by the manufacturers warranty and can be found in the brand category details.

Refused orders and canceled will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees deducted from all refunds.

Be sure to contact us immediately for orders that are needing to be canceled, to prevent us from bringing in your items. You will incur a restocking fee of 15%, Shipping will be refunded for not shipped orders. This is a non negotiable standard.
